Neutrik NC4 MXX-B
The Neutrik NC4XLR is an excellent connector, combining solid construction, reliable contact and a very high level of mechanical precision. After replacing the original 6.35 mm jack on my cable, I was impressed by the secure connection and the overall quality of the result.
It feels extremely robust and well engineered, while remaining easy to use. A professional-quality connector that inspires confidence and is particularly well suited to high-end audio applications.

Top quality stereo balanced connector for headphones
Industrial quality, easy to handle and solder, wide cable thickness.
Nice looking, have a different ring color option.
Will recommend for any DIY cable lover.
I use it for my Audete LCD-X recableing together with Sommer mic cable.

Too good connector
As most Neutrik products, this is also a very good connector, no issues at all.
