Tricked and Cheated 30.07.2025

For a start, what you get is NOT what is in the Picture. It has a very cheap ribbon cable connection to the switch. it does NOT have vintage cloth wires as shown on photo. The Input Jack does NOT have cloth covers wires. it is Not a Plus Harness ..It is a BIG Minus. Update the photo now that you have downgraded the build quality. Very Disapointing. Save Your Money. I'd give less than one start but it's not an option. €50 would be too much.

Makes wiring up so easy and first class support from ObsidianWire

If you want to rebuild your perfect guitar, this is the kit for you. Perfect fit, amazingly straightforward wiring and great sound. Onboard selectable treble bleed works perfectly. Had a small problem with the switch and ObsidianWire replaced it no questions asked. Already have another one on order for another guitar, buy one, you won't regret it!

ObsidianWire - Please upgrade the 5 way selector

Bought it with the intention to mount it to a Fender pickguard with some Fralins, in my Squire CV50s strat. The installation went easy and without problems. The only thing that bothers me is the 5-way switch. If you're not careful enough when selecting ,it can get stuck between positions. In general no problems with the system, it sounds good, on normal or treble bleed engaged, the pots work like they should. So 4 stars just because of the switch.
