Orange PPC412 Slope Black

Was waiting for this mf beast of a cabinet quite a while to show up again on stock @thomann’s. I set an alert and when new ones were on stock again they gave me a reminder so I didn’t hesitate to order one on a Wednesday, they delivered immediately. Two days later I was already the proud owner of a helluva cabinet. This sturdy beast rocks like a bastard, imagine my Orange Dual Dark 100 WHT Ltd 2024 connected to 4x12’’ Celestion Vintage 30s in a cabinet built to last like a Challenger II. Well will meet again with the new bought hearing aid. I can’t say anything negative about this order. Thomann’s delivered faster than hell, even though this juggernaut of a cabinet weighs around 100 lbs. The cabinet has does this typical Orange doom and gloom growl but it is also great when playing clean, crystal clear clarity with crispy edges. Love to play MIA Fender HSS Strats and HH Teles, amazing sound with this cab. Just one micro note on the dark side, Orange should eventually start to spend more money on proper packaging. My cab came with a deep cut in the Tolex, definitely traces of a fork lifter, went through the cardboard and through the tolex and came to a halt in the middle of the from on the front side. For god’s sake it’s a black cab so I just used a fat black Edding to make it up. Now you only can see the cut at first glance if you know where to look.

Ich habe die Box nun einige Tage und bin hell auf begeister!!! Sie klingt extrem fett und voluminös ohne dabei an definition einzubüsen. Gerade um (modernen) Metal zu spielen kann ich diese Box uneingeschrämkt empfehlen. Es sind natürlich auch alle möglichen anderen stilrichtungen möglich, jedoch finde ich dass der mittenbtonte Charakter dieser Box am besten zu high-gain sounds passt. Sowohl messerscharfe Riffs als auch gertragene Lead sounds kommen sauber definiert aus der Box. Dabei gefällt mir besodners, dass sie nicht "steril" klingt sondern ihren eigenen Charakter einbringt.

Die Verarbeitung ist einfach erstklassig. Dagegen sehen andere Boxen aus dem gleichen preissegment beinahe "billig" aus. Der edle retro Style rundet das ganze perfekt ab.

Daher mein Fazit:
Die orange PPC 412 ist DIE Gitarrenbox!

alors déja si ca peut donner une idée j'ai commandé le lundi colis éxpédié le mardi par spedition et recus le jeudi !alors qu'ils prévoyais 6 a 7 jours de livraison donc deja la agréablement surpris.(j'habite en bourgogne)

deja tres lourd..quasi inbougable seul.
apres la finition est irreprochable par rapport au baffle marshall rien a voir c'est du costaud poignées en acier etc...je l'ais pris en noir pour aller avec ma tete et je peut vous dire que ca a de la geule!!! plus large qu'un marshall peut etre un peut moins haut mais quand meme imposant.

apres je relis ma tete a l'amplis (jvm410hjs) et la....je saigne des oreilles,je décolle la tapisserie et l'onde sonore m'envois a l'autre bout de la piece.(bon j'éxagere peut etre un peut)....franchement je craignais un peut le mariage de ma tete marshall avec un baffle orange mais queneni c'est tout le contraire je trouve que ca apporte un petit grain en plus un peut moins carré et propre (apres chacun ses gouts)

pour ceux qui avais un doute n'hesitez plus vous m'en direz des nouvelles.
des basses de folies je doit baisser un peut les aigues sur ma tete mais a part ca c'est une bombe!
le son est parfait passe du tres bon clean jusqu'au (tres) gros son bien lourd et tranchant conviens pour tous les styles...le principal est dit...
