The Otto Link Tone Edge ER is a really nice, versatile mouthpiece. A step ahead the Tone Edge Vintage (also very good).
The sound has more projection and depth. However, it's a bit more demanding than the Tone Edge Vintage.

Ein Vintage Otto Link Metallmundstück aus den 70ern hat bei mir nie so richtig gezündet. Auf einen Tipp hin habe ich mir drei dieser Nachbauten der früheren Kautschuk-Version des EB bestellt (man sollte auch mindestens drei Stück gegeneinander testen, die Unterschiede sind deutlich). Eines davon war großartig. Flexibel in der Intonation, leichtgängig, strahlender Klang, was will man mehr?!? Wem der Sound dieser Art Mundstücke gefällt, sollte dieses Exemplar probespielen. Einziges, aber bekanntes "Manko": Die mitgelieferte Blattschraube wirkt billig (hat aber gar keinen schlechten Effekt auf den Klang - nicht zu unterschätzen), habe ich durch eine alte Selmer-Schraube ersetzt. Und schade, dass der Deckel aus schnödem Plastik ist. Etwas enttäuschend, aber für die Bewertung des Mundstücks irrelevant. Daher: Kaufempfehlung!
