G
extreme reliability

probably the best purchase in terms of pedalboards.
i bought this pedalboard more than three years ago. Once i received it, i was surprised how solid and light was it, i never felt the need of upgrading it; both the bag and the actual pedalboard lasted with no problems at all, i was a little bit concerned about the bag's handlers at first, but it didn't fall apart at all (considering also the high use of it i do, i gig every two or three days), i store it in the trunk every journey i do, among other stuff such as drum parts and amplifiers. i strongly suggest this brand and this article in particular.

Good and basic
ametcalfe2 09.06.2017
Use for rehearsals and small gigs.

Pros:
Flexible layout options.
Strong.
Comes with loads of velcro tape for the pedals.
Bag is good. Front pocket is reasonable size for a couple of spare cables.

Cons:
The tape on the rails lifted a little when repositioning a pedal, so with continuous removing of pedals I would expect the tape adhesive to fail.

R
Great board, bad tape
Rahuss 09.05.2023
I've been using this board for about a year now and I love it. It's very simple but gets the job done. I've strapped my power supply to the underside (bit DIY but I'm happy with that), so maybe it could do with a better way if integrating power supply units. The only issue I've had with the board was the quality of the included velcro tape....the velcro itself is very strong, but the glue holding the velcro strips to the pedals is not great and comes away often after travel. It's a sticky affair. Not ideal.

Great value for the money

Great value for the money. The only thing that would justify the price of a Pedaltrain would be the more solid construction. The bag is good but also not the highest quality. But for a few gigs and rehearsals this Palmer Pedalbay is a perfect fit for me.

N
Very good pedalboard!
Nick.K. 02.01.2018
I buyed this pedalboard because i wanted something not very expensive and big enough so i could easily fit about 6-7 pedals.
This pedalboard is very well made, very light and has plenty of space to easily fit 10 regular size pedals or even more if you use mini pedals.
The elastic bands that are included are very usefull to me. I used them to house my H.B Powerplant JR underneath the pedalboard.
The velcro that is included though could be a little better but that's not a serious reason not to buy this product.
Overall i think that this pedalboard is one of the best one can buy without spending a lot of money and it will last for many years.

A
A decent sturdy pedal board/bag
Anonymous 27.05.2016
The Palmer pedalbay has served me very well. There's enough space for 12 small pedals, or I have 5 small, two large, and a DI. The velcro provided is strong, and the bars/feet easy to adjust.

The bag that comes with the board is a good strong material and hasn't ripped yet, but, naturally, it bends a lot with a heavy board inside, and the strap isn't very comfortable so it's not that easy to carry, but does the job.

Considering the price, the ease of use, and size, this is probably the best option on the market for holding and carrying your pedals without getting a hard case or getting someone else to carry them for you...

t
good cheap pedalboard
thomannhero 27.06.2023
I like this pedalboard. It's comfortable, has a lot of space. I have no problems placing 12 random pedals on it. It has good legs, that are easy to control. One flaw that i found that the bag of the pedalboard easily got holes in it. In my opinion because of the weight of the pedalboard.
