Kick Port Bass Drum Insert Booster
This is a great addition to any bass drum to add extra low end thump. The product works well, is easy to fit and makes a definite difference to the low end of my kick.
The only negative is that I have an internally mounted bass drum mic and I found it pretty tricky to get my hand in the right place to position it and to move my pillow around to the preferred position. It is however pretty quick to remove and replace.

Honestly, these feel a little overpriced.
The change in the acoustic sound isn’t that audible.
They definitely help the low and low-mids come out in live performances though, so if that’s what you need it for, go for it!

Great Sound
Have used a kickport on my bass drums for 10 years now and would never look back. These make your kick sound EPIC.

We all need a kickport
In my opinion the kickport is a must for any kickdrum. Your drum will sound better after installing one.

Kick Port
My bass drum has never sounded sweeter.
I usually jump between high and low tuning a lot depending on what style I'm playing, and the kick port has added so much more dynamic to my overall sound.
From the highs, and mids, to the low tones, it accentuates, and gives an epic punch to every stroke of the bass drum.
I honestly don't know how I managed before it. Such a small, simple, piece of hard ware, that makes such a huge change to the overall projection, and quality of your bass drum.
If you use either a single kick, or a double kick, it will accentuate with ease, and you get no muffled sounds at all.
A must have for every drummer, and I will be recommending it to all my drummer friends.

Kick port
This product really does what it says on the tin ie: Really delivers all it claims,so it's a bit fiddly to get on but once there you won't want to remove,great low end and tightning of the kick drum live&studio!

Kick Port Bass Drum Insert Booster Black
I use this with an Evans EMAD2 and Evans ported EQ3. I have no dampening inside the bass drum itself which maximises the effect of the KickPort. It has made such a difference in live situations. It is now an absolute monster and i could not be happier with overall sound. I did find it quite hard to install but it took about 3-5 minutes. I would definitely recommend this product.
