Pearl hat wirklich alles richtig gemacht mit dem neuen Ständer.
Das System zum Montieren der Halterungen ist vereinfacht und man hat keine Unmengen an Schrauben, die man erst einmal festziehen muss.

Vor allem auch die neuen L-Arme machen das Montieren und bewegen der Toms deutlich leichter, und sind (wenn ich mich richtig erinnere) laut Pearl auch mit Tomhalterungen von anderen Herstellern verwendbar, wie z.B. Tama.

Allerdings ist zu beachten, dass innerhalb von Pearl diese Halterungen nur mit der passenden Version der neuen R2-Air-Halterung kompatibel sind (welche aber ebenfalls absolut zu empfehlen ist)!
Für die Optimount und anderen Pearl Tom-Aufhängungen müsste man stattdessen den T-1035 kaufen.

Also alles in Allem absolut zu empfehlen!
