Yeah but no.
Does what it is supposed to so not a total "lemon". But from the first time I picked it up the stand just feels cheap and soft plasticky. Somehow I was expecting something much more sturdier based on pictures. It's doesn't fold well and I wouldn't be surprised if this thing breaks in a year or two. It just doesn't seem to be something that is built to last. Wouldn't recommend.

not stable
it does not actually hold my acoustic guitar properly. it is not wide enough to hold necks, so it is a bit shaky whenever i unstring and restring.

Very cheap quality but does the job!
I bought this and I think my expectations were too high. When I received it my first impressions were knocked by its very cheap plastic feel. It is a wobbly product not solid at all. It does do the job, however only had this a couple of days, i'm not sure it will last too long!
Its smaller than I thought , it does fit in your guitar case nicely. Only lifts the headstock up a couple of inches, which is enough but would prefer to be a slightly taller and more stable product. Not recommended but I now have one so I will use it.
