Good for unwinding strings but not suitable for cutting them. Couldn't cut B and E string with this one, had to grab wire cutters to do the job.

Disappointing.
Poor design and even poorer quality. Arrived broken, Thomas quickly replaced with no problem but the item is not really up to the job. Not Thomas's fault but I wouldn't buy another one. Sorry.

Not the best string winder but...
As a string winder this is at most mediocre. It's not very smooth for winding strings and it actually squeaks a lot when I use it. The cutter is flimsy and doesn't allow you to cut the string close to the winding post.
That being said, it does have a place in my gigbag though because it combines two tools and it is certainly good enough for emergency string changes when you're out.

It does its thing, but...
I've never been the biggest fan of these sorts of string winders because not only are they seldom ergonomic, but you often feel they fail to purchase the tuning button properly. This means that more often than not (unless you have the guitar clamped or the buttons are a snug fit) that you'll find the string winder popping off multiple times during the course of a restring. Which is quite simply put: vexing.
Could they not invent an alternative that features a spring-loaded clamp to prevent it from falling off all the time?
The bridge pin puller works fine, though the irksome feature is the string cutter. Yes it cuts the string, but do you really want it looking all shaggy with the sharp core poking from the wound strings? For this reason I still use my trusty wire cutters - each to their own I guess!
My personal recommendation: go the standard over the pro if you don't need the cutting option.

The winder part is good. Too bad tuning pegs are so different in size, and it's a "one size fits most", so it doesn't fit tightly over the pegs.
The wire cutting part is powerful enough, but it would be nice to have it spring out between cuts. Now I have to open it manually between each cut, which isn't super easy with only one hand...
