Bottle cap has a safety feature similar to most modern medicine bottles or cleaning products whereby you must apply downward pressure and rotate CCW in order for it to open. This mechanism is broken on my bottle and is completely unusable - it continues to click and rotate infinitely even with enough downward pressure to fold the shoulder of the plastic bottle itself (or with mild pressure). I will need to cut the bottle and transfer the contents elsewhere for use.
