Great adapter
Works flawlessly to adapt my audio interface to my studio monitors, which have a 3.5 mm jack (they also have the possibility to connect through TRS connection, but this adapter saved me some money in cables). The colors make it easy to identify left from right when you plugged them to your 6.35 mm sockets. I use this Y cable with a 6,35 mm to 3,5 mm adapter and they both work very well together, tightening themselves to each other firmly. It even comes with a small Thomann cable tie, but, because of the length of this cable, I don't think I'll be using it. Nonetheless, great to have the tie and not need it than the other way around. Highly recommended product.

Affordable and trustable.
I'm using it like this Roland FA-08 to effect pedals (delay, reverb, ditto looper) to speaker or headphones.
An example here, when I want to use my Roland FA08 with the Ditto Looper Stereo, but I don't want to use loud speakers and instead I want to use headphones, then the headphones must be plugged to the Ditto Looper, but by one side the Ditto Looper has Stereo jacks to the Roland FA08, how to plug the other side of the Ditto to your head phones? This cable Pro Snake TPY 2003 BPP does the job to connect your single cable headphones to the Stereo jacks of the Ditto Looper.

A good solution for me
I wanted to get the jack outputs from the audio interface through the wallbox from control room to studio for headphone monitors, and together with a stereo jack to male XLR adapter, this did the trick. The Y cable looks neat and seems to be of good quality, although it will not get much of an opportunity to prove it as it sits there motionless year after year. In fact I forgot what I bought it for until I craned over the back of the audio interface to see it sitting there, so it must be doing a good job.

Great quality for the price
I bought this cable to use for my amplifier footswitch. My amp is vintage and has two separate mono jacks, one for reverb and one for channel switching. So using this cable I managed to use modern single cable stereo jack footswitch and then separate it into two mono jacks.
Great quality for the price, works like it should.

good adaptor
I got this adaptor to merge the left and right channels from a stereo guitar pedal into a stereo signal for headphones. It does the job perfectly.
The adaptor has everything one can ask for: great build quality, color-coded jacks, accessible contacts allowing repairs or reuse of components and a nifty band to tie the ends up for storage.

Necessary accessory
So far so good. It looks durable. The good thing is that it's not sealed. I use it to sum up the stereo channel on my mixer and connect it with with the balanced jack on my multicore to use one of the AUXs to send signal in.
