Does its job well
I bought specifically to connect the engl E530 with a 2x12 cabinet (without a separate power amplifier) and I am satisfied with the result.
It's sturdy made and fits well in the jack socket. Once I had to screw in the stereo jack end with my hands, but I don’t consider it as disadvantage.

Excellent quality connectors, used as a drum splitter on my Alesis kit to split additional inputs.
I believe that you need a different one for Roland kits with a resistor though.

Really nice adapter.
Pro snake really has come through on this one. The grip on the sockets and jack is rally sturdy and fixable if one knows how to solder.
The little strap that comes with it is a nice " we care about our customers" thing.

Great.
Works as expected, good quality
I use two of these to split my Scarlett 18i8 headphone outputs to four lines. Then I use 4 jack cables connected to 4 Behringer p2's for my band's monitoring.

Got it all wrong
I thought I could use to plug two guitars in one pedalboard to play around with a friend. Turns out it only works in one way that is to plug two headphones in one hole... It's not useless, though, just not what I was expecting... Oh well, now I know and now you know.

Nice cable
I use this cable to send the signal from my keyboard (which only has a single stereo TRS out) to our band's mixer. Its build quality is good and the cable strap helps with reducing the cable's footprint.

Plug and Play
You stick the stereo jack in the socket and then the two triggers in the mono female socket and cablamo, bob is your uncle. It works!!! I can now trigger on my Roland SPD-SX using external triggers...
