Protec PB-305CT Tenor Sax Case XL

I bought this to replace my SKB shaped hard case for a number of reasons. It is much lighter, has handy pockets, can be used as a backpack with the optional straps, has space inside for neck and mouthpiece, is very well padded, comes with a shoulder strap, is well made and finally looks great. I have also bought the rain cover for it to give that extra protection during good old Scottish downpours. All in all I love it. It is what my sax has been crying out for!

I needed a suitable replacement case for my Buescher Top Hat and Cane 400 Tenor saxophone. What else is there available that is affordable and holds the instrument securely?

Easy to carry (with the optional backpack sling) and plenty of storage for odds and ends. This is my third Protec case of this type. I already had an alto and a tenor case, but my new tenor needed the XL version.

As with the others, this provides secure and reliable storage and transport capability.

I got this as my tenor the Martin commitee iii which has bell keys on the other side won't fit other cases. It is solid and has not had any problems.
