quite normal connector
This is not a very sturdy plug, however the connectors are good enough of quality. I only use these plugs with short cables, and only for motionless communication. They are cheap but the connection is reliable enough. I use them - and i did not have a big problems.

Great Quality, Hard to solder
The connector's construction and materials are solid, with a good feel overall. However, the soldering space is very tight, requiring careful alignment and precision to do it properly. You can force it, but that would compromise the quality of the solder joints.
