These connectors are an obvious step up in quality from the cheapest available, nice, solid construction apart from a few small cosmetic surface imperfections.
I can only presume the rubber cover (can be removed) is of good material composition and wont break down and melt in a few years

Ziel war es ein Sub-Multicore zu bauen. Ich habe vier männliche und vier weibliche Stecker bestellt und auch gleich verlötet.
Ich habe tatsächlich aufgehört zu zählen wie viele Kilometer XLR Kabel ich schon gelötet habe in meinem Leben und wie viele verschiedene Steckermodelle mir schon unter den Lötkolben gekommen sind. An diesen Steckern fand ich die Gummidichtung besonders interessant, die je nach Location gar nicht mal so unsinnig ist. Bei dieser fällt auf, dass sie recht weich aber nicht übermäßig locker auf der Verriegelung des XLR Gehäuses sitzt. Beim zuschrauben hat sie sich leicht verdreht, konnte aber problemlos wieder in die Ausgangsposition zurückgeschoben werden. Daher bei der Verarbeitung einen Stern Abzug. Ich finde die Idee dennoch sehr sinnreich!
Qualitativ sehe ich nicht viel Unterschied zu den etwas teureren Standard Neutriks. Das Innenleben ist meiner Meinung nach sogar das selbe. Lediglich das Gehäuse sieht anders aus. Die Montage ist selbsterklärend und der Stecker macht einen robusten Eindruck.
Die fünf Sterne in der Gesamtbewertung sind gerechtfertigt.

Leider ist mir ein Stecker direkt kaputt gegangen, als ich versuchte ihn wieder auseinander zu nehmen - dafür sind die Stecker ungeeignet.
Der Gummi steht immer etwas über, was das an und abstecken nicht ganz elegant wirken lässt.

Der Stecker ist deutlich günstiger als das Neutrik-Äquivalent. Er lässt sich gut verarbeiten und macht keine Probleme.

Mich persönlich stört das Gummi über der Entriegelung, es verrutscht leicht und fühlt sich nicht wertig an. Werde zukünftig lieber direkt Neutrik oder falls es günstiger sein soll Seetronic bestellen.
