Amazing Lube
I use this lube on saddles, nut and string retainer on all my guitars and basses.
Especially for the ones who bends often or uses tremolo systems, this will make your tuning a lot more stable than before.
Application is very simple. Provided toothpick is just enough for it. And a tiny amount is usually more than enough. Then just wipe the residue with the provided little cloth.
I have 10 guitars and after using it for longer than a year, the tube is still almost full. That and the improved tuning stability are how I justify the price.
Only cons is that it is a heterogenous solution. So, over time it will release a liquid and you need to shake it a while before using.
Overall, I appreciate Rene Martinez's efforts and he deserves the every penny he makes on this lube! Hope it stays in the market forever.

Excellent - YOU NEED IT
This guitar lube is one of the best things that I've bought for my guitars. Use it every time you change strings on the nut, string guide and bridge saddles. Without it, you're scared of using your tremolo because you know that you guitar will probably be out of tune after. With it, you can use your trem as much as you want and the strings hold their tuning. The stratocaster trem is really where this products excels.
The Rene Martinez isn't cheap and you only get a small tube, but you only use a drop - and I really mean a drop on the parts of your guitar that is in contact with the strings. I think one tube will last for a few guitars over a few years and many string changes. If you work out how much that costs in effect, you wouldn't even think about it. They use it at the Fender Custom Shop, so it's definitely good enough for me.

This is a game changer
I use this to lubricate the saddles, nut and string trees on my Charvel DK24 HSH 2PT, which has a floating Gotoh 510 bridge. This stuff is great. When doing hard bends, my G and B strings would always be a little bit sharp, but not anymore with this. Tuning stability is amazing now, especially for a non-locking floating bridge.

Applied to the nut of my guitars when I got it. And it certainly helped with tuning stability! Remains to see how durable it is.
The Nut Sauce is extremely over priced. You get way more for less with the Rene Martinez lube.

Fantastic nut / saddle guitar lube
I've tried this and Big Bends Nut Sauce, and I keep coming back to this one. The Nut Sauce is alright, but I seem to need to apply it more often for the same feel.
It's no coincidence that Rene Martinez knows a thing or two about keeping a blues bender's guitar in tune, having been Stevie Ray Vaughan's tech. I'm no Stevie Ray, but I do 3-fret bends all the time, so no guitar that hasn't been prepared before can stay in tune 10 minutes after I begin playing it.
I'll only buy this from now on. It's no-nonsense and it just works.

Improved my guitars tuning problem immensely
Several of my guitars had tuning problems with strings sticking at the nut and / or the bridge. I bought this product after reading a number of online reviews. After applying this lubrication to the nut and bridge on the problem guitars the tuning on every one has improved dramatically. All in all great value for money and well worth the investment.

Great product
Before I did not use this, few of my Guitar strings sometimes made a small "ding" sound at the nut when I tuned them. Thats when the guitar sits longer time without use or does have older strings. That sound is because of friction between the string and the nut that pops up/down a little when tune is changed. Does not happen anymore to me when I use this lube there. I put a little to nut and saddle and strings last longer, keep tune better, bends good. Everyone should use this or something like this when change strings.

Keep in your kit
You don't always have to resort to the nur files if a string or strings are a bit stiff .This lube is great for giving the strings the bit or relief from sticking in the nut slots and so helps with tuning and intonation.A must for the kit bag.

A great lube out there if not the best!
This is a famous one used by a lot of luthiers and guitar players alike. Can't go wrong with this. No harm will be done to nut and saddles as it is not oil based.
