Rockboard MOD 1 V2 TRS & XLR Patchbay

I wish this device worked like it's supposed to... unfortunately it's very noisy and completely unusable!
Thomann send me a replacement (although it took a lot of days for shipping) but it had the same issues like the first. A lot of hiss and noise coming from the amplifier. I've tried different connections to check if there was any problem with the cables and not the device but every time I had the same result... the device (both) is problematic and unfortunately useless...
I have read other reviews from customers that had no issues (that's why I ordered it) but in my case I had very bad experience. Maybe there is an issue with certain devices and not for all, I don't know.
P.S. Thomann is an excellent store with very good customer support and I've ordered a lot of products for the past 5 years.
