Great Product
Love it on my board when I have 2 pedals with same chassis and jack positioning. It has a few plus, such as how sturdy it is, and the fact that it will significantly help you reduce the "in-between pedals" space to a very minimum, especially if you wire up your pedalboard with a combination of these jacks and the Rockboard Flat patch ones. Great Stuff.
The only (maybe considerable) downside, is that whenever you wanna pull up or out altogether the pedal to which one of these is connected to, you might have to lift 2 or more pedals together from the Velcro. It can be a little tricky as the Velcro will pull back pretty hard, and maybe be slightly risky on the jack sockets of the pedal themselves. For that reason I have strategically chosen to use only a few on my board, and wherever they are, they are always isolated, so every 2 or 3 connections, to avoid having too many pedals connected with these and cause the problems I have mentioned above.
For the rest, as I said, top stuff!!!

it's ok
i bought a few of these, it works only if you have the same brand of pedals that are at the same height.
however i've noticed they are not always flat therefore if you stack them (eg. 3 in a row) it doesn't stay flat on the floor.

Very neat when it works; useless when it doesn't
If you have multiple pedals with sockets on the side at the same height and roughly the same position (e.g. chaining multiple Behringer pedals), these are very neat once you've positioned the pedals (can be fiddly with velcro). But if the pedals' sockets are different heights then apart from mounting the lower pedal on some sort of pad there's nothing you can do to get this to work. So, it's very situational. The build quality seems absolutely fine.

Works great for some purposes.
Do not, I repeat, do not use this on a stompbox pedalboard without considering how it will affect the pedals you connect together. It can ruin the jackport if you are careless. Under controlled circumstances, and with sturdy units it saves some space and can be very useful. Using pedals that have the jack ports at the exact same height is essential. I would warn against using this if you have a pedalboard that flexes or if you have a habit of using much force when you step on pedals. Would not dream of using this if the pedals are in plastic housing.
