the reason for the 1 star is NOT because of the product in itself - the cart is just fine (although the build quality could be better - especially the handles that are weak and can be easily broken if you are not careful - and also the snapping connection in the middle of the cart). Generally a good product and does what it is meant to do. BUT the problem is with the unavailability of spare parts. I have been waiting 6 months to receive the handles which I broke - therefore my mistake - BUT they are just not available and I am still waiting..... So, essentially, if you damage it yourself, you can just throw the whole thing in the trash can as no parts are available to fix it! I hope this changes in the future for this product as Thomann's customer support is (usually) impeccable - just not for this product, for now.
