Compact and rugged
Etz 22.03.2017
Bought it to use it not as mixer but 1 to 4 signal splitter.
Works flawlessly, even when used in this "alternative" way.
Just turn all the level knobs fully right and connect it backwards.

If used as mixer, you should to take into account, that as it is passive device and has approximately -12dB attenuation so you have to add gain afterwards to compensate signal loss.
On the other hand, as it is fully passive, it does not add any of its own "colorization" to sound passing trough so in this perspective it is almost fully "transparent".

Solidly built with full metal body to last forever and it is really tiny.

Really nice small passive utility mixer. I use it as a submixer in my live electronics rig and it works great as it doesn't need any power adaptor. Since it is passive you need to compensate for the gain loss. Since for me this is just submix before an actual mixer channel with mic preamps it works fine.

s
passive simple stereo mixer -
samwise77 22.04.2020
Had to file couple of openings for fadders as they were touching case, making harder movement. Otherwise it’s very compact stereo mixer. From the design you have to be aware of possible ground loop (can decrese sound quality notably) and that you will need to amplify output. Usable also as splitter or attenuator.

Not as well made as advertised
Boogie Moscovitch 30.10.2024
The manufacturer makes a big song and dance about producing in the US and premium quality. Unfortunately, those factory workers don’t bother lining up the knobs with the holes in the case, so they sit off centre in the holes and rub against the case. Moreover, the passive circuit is advertised as all analog and transparent, but it actually “sucks tone” that is, it degrades sound quality.
