Da mein bisheriger Holzbogen einen kleinen Fehler in der Bespannung hat und nach und nach Haarausfall bekommt, dachte ich über einen Ersatzbogen nach. Was mich positiv am CFK-Bogen von Roth & Junius überrascht hat, ist die richtig gute Biegesteifigkeit, und das bei fast identischem Gewicht wie mein Streich-Holz (nur 4 g mehr). Wenn es irgendwann wieder losgeht mit den Bandauftritten (häufig unplugged), dann freue ich mich schon auf die Fortissimo-Stellen in der Bassbegleitung - da war mein Holzi oft am Ende. Auch das äußere Erscheinungsbild (bis auf eine kleine Unsauberkeit in der Harzverarbeitung an der Spitze und einen minimalen Materialfehler am Frosch, die aber beide erst beim dritten Hinschauen auffallen und keine Konsequenzen für Performance oder Langlebigkeit haben sollten) ist erwartungsgemäß ansprechend für Leute mit Hitech-Affinität bei Materialien (...ein ganzes Cello aus CFK würde ich mir allerdings auch nicht zulegen). Für den normalen Spielalltag des Nicht-Star-Cellisten also durchaus zu empfehlen - für diesen Preis mehr als nur ein Ersatzbogen. Daumen hoch!
