Perfect.
Perfect tuners for my les paul!
My les paul came stock with robot tuners I didnt like.
I knew I loved locking tuners but I never liked the look of them.
These tuners solve the issue! They work great, have a fantastic locking feature, keep the guitar in tune and look vintage!
10/10 literally perfect.

Happy at last ;)
Fitted them in my LP Studio, replacing Tronical, which replaced stock.
As a bedroom guitarist I practice some blues now, so I bend a lot. In spite of it the tuning is quite stable and usually needs only minor adjustments before play.
If you're new to locking tuners, remember not to overtighten the locking pins, or your E wil break :)
Overall - very happy. The only thing which may not be perfect is the color of tuning pegs, which does not match stock

Changing strings is now a pleasure :)
These tuners make changing strings a very pleasant process, you just pull the string through the pole, clamp it and done. No more winding, string falling out of the hole.
The installation on a Gibson Les Paul Studio 2016 is very easy, no issues with compatibility.
My only complain is that the locking cap requires in my opinion slightly too much force to clamp the string.

Traditional looking, but modern machine heads
These are installed on my Gibson SG special, having tried various other brands I wanted something traditional looking but with the locking feature.
My SG is very well balanced, so no neck dive at all. These machine heads, although locking, don't really weight more than the stock ones so it maintains its balance. I had previous tried Grover locking rotomatics and these did upset the balance.
These do maintain the traditional look of the SG, which I really like. I thought the black screws for the locking mechanism may detract from this, but they really don't.
These also have a light action and the guitar always stays in tune.
These are also direct replacements and fit absolutely perfectly. I'm very happy with them indeed.

Great upgrade for a Gibson SG
I love locking tuners, but wanted to keep the retro look on my Gibson SG. These are drop in replacements and look and function great. They are ever so slightly heavier than the original keystones, but the locking is a worthwhile compromise.

Bought these to replace e-tune on my 2014 SG
I got fed up with the min e-tune on my 2014 SG so bought these and had them fitted by a local luthier. It didn't look like a difficult job and I could have done it myself but I also had a bone nutted made and fitted and a service.
These tuners are great, super quick and easy to change strings and hold their tone very well. Slightly sensitive ratio when tuning compared to my other guitars but I'm used to it now. The quality is excellent, they look great too. Happy to recommend!

Stay tuned!
I have a Gretsch Electromatic with Bigsby vibrato.
With the factory machine heads it was always out of tune after using the bigsby.
With Schaller Keystone SR Lock. it is signifacatly better! And an other advantage: its much more easyier to change the strings with the locking machine heads.
One small handicap, that the thightening method is not gentle to the finders. Tightening with a coin could be better!!!

Superber Ersatz für PRS SE Zach Myers Mechaniken
Moin
I swapped out the stock-tuners of my PRS SE Zach Myers.
These Schaller Tuners are excellent for several reasons:
- They match the stock drillings
- Due to their "black heads" they look like US-PRS tuners
- The vintage-housing is die-cast (unlike e.g. Gotoh S90)
- Gearing is smooth
- String-changing became my new hobby
- Inexpensive! (in comparison to Schaller M6s)
Cons:
Personally I say they do not look good on Gibson Headstocks, unfortunately due to their "black heads"...

Gretsch Streamliner
I got these for my Gretsch Streamliner, I found that the supplied tuners were prone to slippage because of the Bigsby, I think that these are an excellent replacement.

Schaller locking tuners
Excellent replacement locking machine heads. Bought them to replace gforce tuners. Excellent service from Thomann who shipped them even though my PayPal account hadn't made payment for the item. I'm a long term customer at Thomann who have proven to be a superb company to deal with time and again. Very happy with Schaller's and the service I have constantly received from Thomann. If there is one thing that I could comment on is the keys are a bit plastic looking and wouldn't work on a vintage instrument as the colour is wrong but aside from the aesthetics' the machineheads hold tuning very solidly which is what really matters.
