Great acoustic sound.
Worth paying a bit extra for a lovely natural acoustic tone. Fitted it with superglue but could be easily removed if necessary. A little quieter/lower output than some other pickups but could be used with pre-amp if needed for larger gigs.

Great natural sounding pickup!
I bought the Schatten HFN player passiv pickup a few weeks ago and highly recommend it! It was easy to install. It does have a low output volume but paired with the Schatten mini preamp the volume is great. This pickup really sounds awesome, just like the guitar acoustically, but amplified. I have a K&K pure mini in another guitar and the Schatten sounds much more natural and airy. It hardly needs any EQ but boosting the bass just a bit makes it perfect. Try one!

Great alternative to a well-known SBT pickup
What I like about this pickup is:
- very easy installation, you can choose between using a provided double-sided tape (clean and quick) or putty
- fairly high output for a passive pickup
- sounds as good as a pickup can
If I need another pickup I will definitely consider the Schatten HFN.
