... mit dem alternativen 'Zuschalten' des Snare-Effekts klappt's nicht so richtig!

Die Cajon ohne Snare-Effekt ist recht bassig-kraftvoll und gefällt mir pur recht gut, allerdings ist es dafür m.E. besser, das Holzteil mit dem beiden Snare-Elementen ganz aus der Cajon zu entfernen. Ein leichtes Rasseln ist auch ohne direkten Kontakt zur Schlagfläche noch zu vernehmen (insbesondere mit Mikrofonabnahme bei einer Aufnahme).

Um den Snare-Effekt wirklich zur Geltung zu bringen, bedarf es schon einer festen Schlaghand - und der Bereich, in dem er gezielt angesprochen werden kann ist nicht allzu groß, zielen ist also angesagt!

Eine gewisse Flexibilität möchte ich hier nicht in Abrede stellen, aber sie sollte auch nicht überbewertet werden. Für den Preis ist sie aber OK.

Sehr gut verarbeitet und leicht wie eine Feder, trotzdem stabil und sehr wertig. Zum Sound: Sitzt man selber drauf und spielt, hört es sich halt wie eine Kiste an, auf der man rumschlägt. Aber abgenommen über das Schallloch und über die PA geschickt, glaubt man da steht ein Schlagzeug. Meine Bandkollegen sind immer wieder begeistert. Gerade für kleine "Wohnzimmergigs" ein mehr als vollwertiger Ersatz für ein Schlagzeug. Sinnvolles Zubehör ist die Basstube fürs Schallloch, und für die, die nicht ganz auf das treten der Basstrommel verzichten wollen, die Fußmaschine. Außerdem hat man dann eine Hand wieder frei um anderes zu machen.

Ich möchte dieses Cajon nicht wieder her geben! Es ist vom Sound und von der Verarbeitung her absolute Spitze. Noch dazu, zu diesem Preis! Habe mir außerdem noch das passende Mikro dazu gekauft, welches eher selten zum Einsatz kommt, da das Cajon in allen Bereichen einen unheimlichen Druck entwickelt. In unserer kleinen 3 Personen Band leistet es allerbeste Qualität und ist nicht mehr weg zu denken. Das Soundspektrum deckt alles ab, was man für einen akustik GIG braucht.
