Decent mic for close to the grill singing.

Less muddy on the lows and generally less lows
More highs to the point that you might feel a bit too forward on the vocals.
You can actually sing close to the grill and the pa wont get distorted
Good build quality and design
So you need e945 if you need to come on top of the music easily and not have feedback and muddy lows.
If you intend to sing away from the mic then dont buy it its gonna be thin and nassaly.

Well built microphone. Nice upper range on the microphone however the mic does not have a good low end response. I use this for personal use at home practicing instrument effects and sometimes vocals. It gives an overall good response.
