Good sound, broken after a few months

Great sounding entry level pickup, however a loose connection of some sort inside the unit meant that it was useless after a few months. Really needs a buffer like a Boss pedal or Pre amp for live use.

Ok pickup for the price. Easy to install but sound output can be weak. Does produce a nice sound though. No problems with quality.

Double Bass Pickup

This pickup is very easy to install. The instructions are fairly basic, but when installed in the slots each side of the bridge, it works really well. It picks up the slap sound when played rockabilly style as well.

Thin sound

I bought this pickup as a cheap alternative as my K&K gave up. The sound of this pickup is very thin and does not produce much bass tone. Ideal for someone who is starting out and wants cheap pickup but I would recommend spending lightly more money and get a better pickup.
