Great case - but Reverends don't fit!
Let's get the review out of the way: it's a great case, like all SKBs. Light, ergonomic, solid latches, scratchproof construction.
It's all great, and I wholeheartedly recommend this case.
BUT...
Contrary to what you may have read elsewhere, Reverend guitars of a certain shape - Buckshot, Charger, Crosscut, Reeves Gabrels Signature, Double Agent OG etc - absolutely DO NOT fit in these cases without serious mutilation of the case innards.
So if you've got a Reverend, just triple-check that this case will accommodate your guitar, or you may have to perform what my girlfriend described as "like a horrific muppet autopsy".
I've learned this the optimistic/stupid/costly way so you don't have to. You're welcome!

Great Case, but beware.
There is nothing wrong with this case. In fact I was very pleased with it. However if you travel a lot as I do for my "day job". Buy a more robust SBK case. I had mine trashed by airline baggage handlers on two different trips. My guitar was still well protected, but the outer "Skin "of the case seems a little thin at the feet and corners where most of the impact will be. Resulting in the case splitting and shattering at the corners. For normal use and just throwing in the back of your car to go to a gig it's more than adequate. I had great after sales service from Both Thomann ( who offered lots of help and advice after my travel insurance refused to pay up and SBK themselves ( who replaced my case free of charge)

Very solid case
This case is really solid but unfortunately this was about 8/10cm to big for my Ibanez RGA32 mol. Sadly the guitar had to much space to move around in this case.

Very robust case, decent quality
A great case, though it does have protruding locks, which may not last for ever. Other than that, very good and lightweight.

Good solid case. Will protect your guitar, however, the snap locks could be of a higher quality.

Excellent case for Strat style guitars
I bought this case primarily because I'd had experience with SKB racks when I was at college. They were always good quality - the SKB Route66 keeps up the tradition. The case is well built, the guitar seems to be supported properly and the latches seem robust - everything seems like it could take a fair amount of hammering before failing. Above all though, the case is nice and light and the rubberised handle makes it easy to carry. Not much more to say really - recommended!
