Excellent cymbal case
This case demonstrates excellent quality in both materials and methods of construction, though I have two minor notes to make on design.
Pros:
- Excellent centre post construction. The post is welded to a strong, wide base plate that is riveted through the plastic case from the outside, securing the closure strap with two of the four rivets. Inside the post is well covered with a strong plastic sleeve and has a chunky, plastic-covered nut to keep cymbals secure
- Very good quality, thick cymbal dividers and felts included for maximum cymbal protection
- 4-5mm thick polymer shell, excellently moulded for strength and durability
- Lifetime manufacturer guarantee for original owner.
- Well placed heavy-duty foam padding in the right places inside
Cons:
- Not really a con, just something to be careful off - the handle is moulded to the 'lid' of the case, not the part with the cymbal post. Always unclip the strap with the case on a table or floor so that you don't find yourself holding only a lid!
- both the main case and the 'lid' have two feet moulded into them so that the case can stand upright on four feet. I find that when the lid is secured, it actually creeps over the feet of the main case, leaving it unbalanced when upright.

Good, not great.
Have flown with cymbals in this case - they were fine. But there is no strength in the middle - you can stand on it and it will bend. This is not necessarily a problem, my cymbals were fine, but do bear in mind.
