Ich habe mir den Schneideblock 1/8 gekauft, weil ich noch alte Bänder editieren will. Der Schnitt funktioniert eigentlich sehr gut, wenn man langsam und konzentriert das Band in den Schneideblock einlegt. Dann muss mit viel Geduld und unbedingt sehr scharfer (!!) Rasierklinge mit einer Handbewegung geschnitten werden. Entgegen meinem Vorredner lässt sich das Band schon in Längsrichtung ganz gut nach dem Klebevorgang herausnehmen. Auch hier ist Geduld und eine ruhige Hand gefragt. Übung macht aber den Meister. Aus meiner Sicht daher volle Punkteanzahl!

ich habe ziemliche Probleme im Umgang mit diesem Splicing Block. Das Auflegen und die Passgenauigkeit im Bandkanal sind sehr gut. Das Kleben funktioniert einwandfrei, aber man bekommt das geklebte Band nicht mehr zerstörungsfrei aus dem Bandkanal. Deshalb ist der Block so nicht verwendbar. Mein Vorschlag: der Bandkanal sollte nur einseitig eingeschliffen sei und die andere Seite bündig, so dass man das Band an einer Seite herauskippen kann.
