Great but a bit short considering it's weight

I bought this together with the longer version, to allow plugging gear with a fixed cord into my Power Conditioner.
The quality is great and it does it's job, but I did not account for the weight when I ordered it. It's quite heavy, meaning if it's not supported by something, it will put a lot of strain on the Power Conditioner when plugged in, which in my case (and probably most others) is always.

I use these with my Furrman power conditioner that powers all the audio gear in my studio. They bridge the normal power cords of some equipment and extension cords into the C13 connections of the power conditioner. They do they job adequatly and without fuss, as it should be. The small size helps in keeping the rack tidy. They are however quite heavy, and I don't want to have them dangle from the back of the power conditioner, where they could dislodge over time, or put too much stress on the connectors. So i got a small rack tray for the back and have them rest on that.

working flawlessly for about 4 years now.

What I like about this cable is the length. 25cm is just perfect for my back of the rack. I put these to my Furman PL8-E and works flawlessly.

One strange thing will be only the quite funky plastic and rubbery smell when it unboxed. But it's understood since this items is in high demand, and they rapidly produce them I guess. So I consider the smell as a freshly cooked smell :)

At this price point will be a shame if I'm not recommend this one. Fantastic!

If this is what you need, this will get the job done. Note that some rectangular adapters don't fit well because of the 'lip' - in which case I put in a plug adapter to raise the depth of the plug.

"Very basic" is not a criticism. Should be an uncomplicated piece of hardware and they work adequately.

Caveat emptor because these do not work well with some AC adapters, such as you might use with your audio interface or computer A/C adapters. I ended up having to trim off (!) the top 4-5mm of the Stairville units to get those adapters to sit securely into the receptacle. Not all that big of a deal, but not a fantastic design.

Build quality is good and it gets the job done.
But it is very bulky and heavy (hard to hide). I also had the issue that the big rubber protector around the port is way too deep so my cables did not go deep enough. This was easily fixed with a knife because the rubber is very easy to cut off.

Works just fine, but is a bit clunky. That's sortof the nature of the plug size, however, so I don't think this is avoidable.

This cable adapter works as one would expect. The build quality is OK but the socket connector is very bulky.
I don't have much use for the socket cap but I suppose it's useful to protect it against dust (I removed it)
