Does what it says on the tin!

Karry 12.12.2019

Works as intended, much better cleaning mouthpieces with a brush as it gets rid of some of the hard to clear residue that can build up on the inside of the mouthpiece especially around the backbore. Highly recommend picking up one of these if you haven't already purchased a whole set or if you're in need of a replacement brush.

The are some things that could be improved for future versions. The rubber tip on the end of the brush is just a tiny bit too large to get through the backbore and so it fell off within the first two uses, unfortunately this means that the end is sharp if you catch it.

The only other con to consider is that the loop on the end is too small for adult fingers to fit through, making this large enough for a finger to fit into would be a great quality of life improvement. Though I suspect that is a limitation on pretty much every mouthpiece brush of this size out on the marker!

However these shouldn't stop you from buying the product as it works great and is very affordable!

simple, solid, cleans fast, does the job; i will have to wait to see how long will last, but as i said it's solid build, and at this price? a must have!

This brush is perfect

Gor 19.08.2014

Bristles are stiff enough to get the job done right. And the little handle is a very nice touch. Only takes a couple seconds and your done.
I already own a mouthpiece brush but it needed replacing so I picked this up. It's pretty good but its shorter than my other mouthpiece brush. Trumpet mouthpieces aren't that long so its really not a problem.
This is one of those products that are really hard to mess up. I use it all the time to keep my mouthpieces in prime condition and it still looks great and cleans great. It would be great if this product had a storage tube to protect it from fuzz in instrument cases but for the price, it's a must have for trumpet players.
This brush is perfect
