Great picks for their purpose
These picks are mainly for exercise and practice, certainly not for live playing, etc.
Pros:
-They are quite durable if you are using them properly. (see cons)
-They are easy to get used to and help greatly with technique.
Cons:
-If your hand is heavy, their durability is questionable, even though I personally never broken one I can imagine how one would.
-They are a bit slippery
In short, they are great for picking practice, and not so great for any other purpose.

Good for practice
If you don't know, this isn't an ordinary pick.It is designed to make it hard for you.You are forced to pick with the tip of the pick.I used it for a couple of days and i noticed that when i grab a normal pick i pick faster without unnecessary motions.Don't expect to be super comfortable with it, actually the tremolo picking is really smooth with it.Take it if you want to challenge yourself.

Don't know if they really works, but they're funny.
I have tried these picks just for my personal curiosity, especially while focusing for a long time on technical development.
I can't actually say if they work or not, but it's funny and interesting to discover when and where you tend to pick the wrong way.
Not really useful for heavy picker (I'm one of them too), but quite interesting to improve speed and precision on the higher strings.
