A great little instrument
This is a serious instrument, not a toy.
Hence the price, but for it ,you get what you pay. The build quality is excellent, I prefer this tone to the Yamaha or the Hohner (because it sounds just a little bit warmer - like accordion). You get 2 different mouthpieces, a gooseneck and a nice handbag.
After a year of use, it's not even noticeably out of tune (and I've been using it everywhere, even taking it with me on a few camping trips). A really wonderful instrument I can't recommend enough.

A step above the rest
I've owned a couple cheaper melodicas, and this one is far more sturdy, playable, and nice-sounding. The price point for this one is sort of mid-range, and I haven't played any of the expensive melodicas out there that cost hundreds if not thousands. The case for it is nice, too. The only downside would be that the mouthpieces feel cheap, so I got one of the S-shape metal mouthpieces they sell for these, and it's great. Definitely recommend it.

Pleasant surprise, a melodion with a swag
I am very pleased. The melodion is definitely a real instrument. Built well and very elegant.
Records very well! The 3 mouth pieces are actually helpful as you could dial in different characters accordingly.
Awesome!!!
