Worth waiting for!

It took nearly two months for the stuff to arrive. I had bought it to augment the Club Mini Jam I already had. When the new stuff met with the old, it was marvellous. Because of the lockdown, most of our pub gigs were cancelled, but we did two with it, and everybody was impressed with the looks and the sound. I am 2 m tall so it looked a bit ridiculous to start with, but people soon got used to it. It is NOT a toy kit! Well done a Tama. We can now play in small pubs!

Great in smaller settings, the band can play without the volume one would normally need for a full size kit. The sound is surprisingly good for such a small kit.

Auf Grund der Größe sind die beiden Kessel als Höchtöner gedacht. Hab letztens einen Gig damit gespielt und die Standtom so tief gestimmt, dass es mir live ein bisschen peinlich war, weil es so nachgehallt hat.
Für Funk und Rock gut zu gebrauchen. Im Jazz würden mir dann doch die Tiefen fehlen.

Acheté pour jouer en maison à faible volume, j'ai dû remplir les fûts; j'ai eu quelques difficultés à bien régler le tom basse pour qu'il sonne assez grave (normal vu ses dimensions!) . Je suis néanmoins satisfait du rendu global (avec le kit mini club jam) qui me permet de jouer sur une accoustique à faible volume!
