Good value
Overall good value. I had a small problem fitting it to my 1950s Levin mandolin because of the size of the sound hole - I had to add an extra support in order to install the pickup in the ideal position and height, but once installed it sounded great through my AC30 amp.....
Certainly not the most expensive pickup, but more than adequate for my needs....

I cut the jack socket off and added volume + tone pots. Over all I was happy with the outcome. More importantly my customer was very happy. To quote "It sounds f*****g great mate". Can't argue with that. Thanks also to the Thomann guy's for the speedy delivery.

Great value for money pickup
Fitting very straightforward. Just a slight mod needed on the end of the fretboard. I had already fitted an endpin jack and soldered to that. Works well straight into amp but better with preamp pedal. Very resistant to feedback compared to any soundboard mounted sensors. My only issue is my pick hitting it due to its placement.
