Plethora x5 is not compatible with the Carl Martin power supply unit

The Plethora x5 is not working with the Carl Martin power supply unit thereby rendering it useless as an addition to my pedalboard. Although the TonePrint Editor is interesting, there is no manual for the latest software update. The TonePrint Editor also lacks blanks to start building your sound from scratch. The tape delay does not go below 60ms, and the true bypass somehow seems to alter the sound differently than my other TC pedals.
