You have to be lucky
This get the job done but their quality it's not really consistent for every piece. I bought 7 of these for a recording session, two of them couldn't be used because they were too tight and i couldn't fit the headphone jack in, one of them was wobbly when inserted in the jack socket of the headphone preamp and sometimes it worked and sometimes not.
They just aren't that reliable, but they are really cheap so you can just buy more and hope they work.
Also they age really fast, the rubber wears out visibly in less than a year.

Not the best quality around
I bought 4 of these to plug into a headphone amplifier (as to be easier to plug in minijacks whenever preferable), and one of them started generating noise from less then a week of use in a home studio environment.
As this is quite a low tech item, I wasn't expecting a malfunction from it.
Other than that (on the ones that still work), it delivers well what it's supposed to do.

Not great, does the job (sort of)
First off: it does work sometimes, but is very unreliable. The plug just doesn't fit that nicely in every equipment. I would suggest spending a little more and getting the t.bone for example, those are reliable

Ok, but not much more
It doesn't feel durable and it really is not. The plastic bit is really a letdown.

You get what you pay for
The build feels very very cheap, and the connection (the female part) doesn't feel like it's holding in tightly, although because it usually is not under any stress, does not fall out either.
However, I couldn't tell the difference acoustically between this one and the ones you get with premium hifi headphones, so the only downside is the cheapish feel when you hold it.

As expected
Not the best connector, but for the price you can't really complain.

Currently I have no complains since it does it's job but it really looks like it will break any moment now
