Solid snake splitter
We used an MTS snake to install in the floor during a refurbishment 2.5 years ago. This means that if the XLR connections get damaged for any reason we can just buy this part again and replace them all without having to open the floor.
The quality of the cables is good, the connector is bulky and it certainly has done the job so far. There are two annoying points, the numbering is very small and the cabling can get tangled very easy. A little more cable management and the ability to really get the outputs further away would help. We have had to use an extension on one or two of the output lines in order to reach the correct places on the mixer.
Highly recommend if analogue snake is required in a similar situation.

GREAT LINE SOLOUTION
I got these to to run from xlr splitter units for seperate foh and mons sends, plug these in the splitter outs and have the multi pin ready to jump from one digital snake to another. Though it is a shame I cant find this product with the male and female tails the other way round 8/24 rather than 24/8 and a shorter (5m) multipin cable to connect them.
