Noisy, dirty and with burn marks.
These cables are too noisy for any serious studio work involving microphones. Probably ok for a rehearsal room PA system or something like that. The cables were also very dirty, and I mean really, really filthy! If they weren't in the original packaging I would have sworn they were used. One of them even had several burn marks (!) on the yellow plastic. The male XLR plugs seem to have been made to slightly different dimensions than any other plugs I've tried, making them quite difficult to "snap" into position with cables of other brands.
These cables are very cheap but still not work the price in my humble opinion.
