This cymbal is china of china s. It is what china cymbal is and should be. quite thin and handmade. Also has a quick decay and loud attack.
Because it is a Wuhan cymbal it is authentic chinese cymbal and 18 inches is perfect for all kinds of heavy music.

Cons
Finish of the cymbal can be ruined if the cymbal surface is colder than room temperature.
So in winter you should keep it warm.

For heavy music and funk, fusion it suits but probably not for jazz.

Definitive china sound, on a budget

This china cymbal has a beautiful and menacing dark and trashy sound, with a low pitch and fast decay. It almost sounds like it's growling at you, and you don't really need to hit it hard at all to produce a defined and loud bark. Definitely would recommend for someone looking for an aggressive china sound.
The surface is a bit wobbly, and the overall shape and thickness uneven, someone who's obsessed with symmetry might call it ugly, but set up behind the kit it reflects light in a quite attractive way.
Plus it's pretty much the cheapest 18" china cymbal on Thomann i think.
Yeah definitely would recommend the hell out of this one. Enjoy!

Proper bang for the buck

We bought this to use in the studio since our 16" wasn't enough.
This cymbal is some real bang for the buck and sounds great, exactly the kind of sound we wanted.

I think this china is from wuhan manufacture. I liked so much and the recordings with this cymbals was very great !!

Cheap, thrashy, and solid. It may be the best bargain china I have ever owned. Sounds crisp, yet thrashy, still did not break after some hard use. Highly recommended!

It is very cool! The sound is powerful, excellent in conjunction with the PST5 set. The processing quality is lame in places, but not critical. But what a price !!! Thanks Thomann, these are real Wuhan! That just mean hieroglyphs?

Just astonishing quality for the price

I was looking for dark, washy sounds from a china cymbal, and this cymbal truly delivers a great sound with a decent amount of attack. Definetely a great new sound to add to anyone's cymbal set for a really low price.

Bought these for my drummer. He's going to be using these for a demo recording session. Sounds great for the price. Can't comment on the durabillity as of yet, so will see.

In my opinion this is one of thee greatest china cymbals I've ever played. Not just for the sound it's also very affordable compared to other high end chinas and you get your moneys worth when you compare it too other high end chinas when you compare the sound. If you're looking for an affordable china with brilliant sound this the perfect china!
