Okay, for what I need it to do

I bought this case for a small Allen & Heath Zed6 mixer - and it does a fine job for that.
I would not recommend the use when you are looking to regularly travel with a larger or heavier mixing console - the case is a bit too flimsy and plasticky in that regard. I can easily bend the sides with my hands, so you couldn't use this mix case and pile other stuff on top of it.
I'd recommend to go out and spend some more money on the more robust cases that Thomann offers (I cant recommend a brand here, but just have a look around and go for a proper flight case ....)

Combi purchase with mixer - no complaints
I bought this as an add-on to a mixing desk for a very low price. Quality is average, but with a bit of care is still going strong after 12 months. Thomann logo is just spray painted, looks a bit cheap. Pick'n'pluck foam liner is a nice touch. Clasps are good.

Mix Case 4044X - definitely worth a look
Case is a perfect fit for the Mackie DL806. It is NOT a flight case in the true sense but it is certainly lightweight and strong. It is filled with a foam block which can be sculpted to custom fit your precious cargo. The locks are like a composite metal but are lockable (with extra keys). They appear to be robust enough but time will tell. All in all - Good Price, Good Quality and Good Value

MIx Case 4044X
Not a full flight case, but if you're careful with it and don't let the crew throw it around, it will do the job. I'm using mine for a Mackie DL (ipad) desk with a wifi router and it all sits in very nicely. It can be adapted to you needs as the internal foam is in small squares that you pull out and remove to the size you want. For the price a no brainer.

for my minibrute
makes an excellent case for a minibrute. the foam was easy enough to adjust to size though it's a little bit fragile so you have to be careful not to damage it when getting the synth in and out. the case is reasonably strong but takes a little bit of lining up before you can get the catches to shut properly. none of that should put you off though if you want to pu a small mixer or synth in it. it is perfect for the job.

Good value case
Perfect for my Mackie digital mixer. Not bullet proof but more than good enough for the weekend warrior.
