Helpful but bit noisey
Bought this power supply for using it on guitar pedals at home and because I have two pedals that require higher voltage that this piece allows to switch for. There are two downsides, it gives a electrical hum into the audio, which makes it useless for anything else other than plugging your pedals in and practicing and the second thing is that the little sockets are little bit wobbly when plugged in. Might broke after more heavy use.

Noisey old thing
Using it with almost any pedal results in what I can only describe as a 'digital computer' type of noise, this makes it useless for actually playing guitar. Do not buy this for effect pedals!
On the upside it it can be used in a range of voltage modes, so if you have any other electronics around the house or studio this thing might come in handy

Not good for audio circuits. Introduces a high level electrical hum.
I was hoping to use this to power up my synth effect pedal units but it introduces a high-level electrical hum into the audio. That makes it pretty much useless unless you want to power up something else. For instance, I used it to light up a led tape for my recording room and for that it works flawlessly (thus the 2 stars, otherwise, I 'd give it a single star).

A lot of noise
The power supply works ok. Though, it has a lot of noise. Not recommended to be used with guitar pedals.
