Thomastik S31 Spirocore Cello 4/4

This is my second set of strings I've ever used (I'm play only one year). Before that I used Larsen Aurora.

I really like how A and D strings sounds alike. If you take one note on both strings they sound almost identical. For me it is big advantage compare to Larsen Aurora. A and D strings are bright, singing strings. I like the sound of it.

Now to the things I don't like in this set.
1. Not enough bass. G and C strings a bright, but I there is lack of deep warm bass on both strings.

2. I don't like the quality of A string. There are gaps between the windings. You feel it everytime you're playing.

But overall, if there is no need for deep bass sound on G and C strings, I think it will be okay set.
