Sturdy enough case
I've been hunting down a decent hard case for my beloved HD500 for a good while. I was only considering a hard shell case rather than soft bag as I like the idea that you place your case on the stage, take the cover off, hook up some cables and you're ready to rock! (Just like the old pedal board cases.)
It has built pretty sturdy inside out. metal bindings on all around the corner and thick & precisely cut foam is covering inside of the case so you can pretty much be assured your HD500 will be safe with this case.
Another thing I'd like to appreciate is its lovely brownie colour rather than just boring black all the way. this colour actually stands out among the other gear cases so I can easily find my HD500 from bunch of other gig bags whenever I go to gigs.(you know the way the gig bags piled up in dark corner in the live venue)
I've been gigging around with this for a while and really like it and would like to recommend to anyone who's looking for a decent hard case for their HD500.

OK case
Hi, The case was well constructed but there could have been more foam used in the inside .
The Pod HD 500 was held securely but the empty space at the front, the only place for the power supply to be placed while traveling was without any foam and later I found that despite careful placing of the power supply it had moved against the Pod and cracked the supply.
The Handle is adequate but I still have problems with the catches, They seem caught but when you pick it up occasionally the case is not closed. But maybe that's just me.
