not really 19"
The tray (inside) is few mm smaller than it should be. It fits in 19" rack but 19" devices do not fit into it. I have two pieces of computer equipment that snugly fit into other 19" trays, but not into this one. So although product looks OK, it is not fit for the purpose, at least not for me.Maybe 19" in IT world is not same as 19" in audio world.

For £10 what can I say?
I didn't really expect much for around £10 and when mine arrived it came slightly bent, I didn't send it back because I could still use it and wasn't all that bothered by it, I just thought it would be useful to know. Moreover I had to file the holes to make them bigger as they weren't in line (most likely due to the bend). Overall I wouldn't expect much for around £10 and despite the flaws in mine it still does its job and hasn't broken!

Sizing a bit off
Okay as a cheap shelf, but don't plan on fitting several into a specific number of rack U as the ones I got were are a little over 1U in height. I also couldn't fit the unit in the lower Us in a thomann flight case because it was a touch wide (the rack ears needed grinding down) to fit. Shelf is just steel sheet so a bit flimsy, but okay for light kit.

OK
Yes, this does the job but it was a bit curved (bent) from the start and I had to bend it straight so that the 1/2 rack modules I mounted could fit into the 1U space. It gets the job done but come on it's just painted steel plate, this should not cost much.

Steel is too mild
Unfortunately, steel is mild and rack adapter bends quite easily. Aluminum was much better - same poor stability at half of weight.
Considering low price it is ok.

I guess it's sturdy but it's 0,5cm to wide on each side. It simply won't fit conventional 19" racks. You can force it in but it will look weird.
