Um mein Percussion Set zu erweitern kaufte ich diese Trommel die als Trommel für Kinder angeboten wird. Sicherlich können auch Kinder diese Trommel nützen aber es handelt sich auch um ein professionelles Werkzeug das sich gut in eine Percussion Set einfügen lässt. Diese Trommel ist mit Naturfell bespannt, reagiert daher auf Umgebungstemperatur (Wetter). Dies ist mir nicht neu denn ich kenne das bereits von der Bodhran die auch mit Naturfell bespannt ist. Bei Hitze, bzw. Wärme wird das Fell straffer und bei Feuchtigkeit wird das Fell etwas schlaffer. Hier sollte allerdings gesagt werden das die Bespannung der Trommel vorbildlich ausgeführt ist und die durch Temperatur entstehenden Änderungen minimal sind. Einziger Kritikpunkt wäre das die Trommel aus Holz (Ahorn oder Birke) gebaut sein sollte um ein noch besseren Klang zu erreichen.
