Pros: This is the one nut you want for your strat. The sound is improved with this instead of with a plastic nut.
Cons: You have to file it down to make it fit.

I replaced a plastic nut with this. The tuning stability is improved and it looks fine. The sound is not worse than before. To fit a MIM strat, I had to file half of the material off.
