bought this mouthpiece to help extend upper register without sacrificing the low end. it helps provide a nice round tone over entire range of my instrument. not as loud as my warburton, which is also helpful for certain situations.

Die "Profis" werden dies sicher bestätigen, von Tenor oder Alt umzusteigen ist das Blasen eines Sopran ganz anders zu Händeln. Röhren und Kieksen sind die unangenehme Folge. Beste Erfahrung mit meinem Alt hatte ich mit Optimum AL3.
Beste Kombination mit 1 1/2 und 2 1/2 Blatt des gleichen Herstellers.
Lässt sich also auch auf mein gebogenes Sopran soweit gleichwertig übertragen.
Ein Test für Optimum SL3 hab ich mir vorgenommen. Es wird sich damit auch entscheiden, ob ich die Serie nach oben oder unten erweitere. Varianten der Blattschraube hatten weniger Einfluß. Sowohl für Alt und Sopran kann ich bestätigen, dass diese beiden Optimum Mundstücke auch sehr gut geeignet sind beim LEISE spielen das Beste aus seinem SAX rauszuholen. Der Nachbar freut sich!
