Great sounding cabinet.
I use this cabinet for my Vox AmPlugs (I have the Metal and the Bass version). I wanted this cabinet because I like to play with a portable mini amp.
When I first tested this cabinet combined with AmPlug2 Metal, I couldn't believe that a 3" speaker produces such a great sound. It sounds really great and powerful. I also love the portability of this cabinet. I can use it everywhere. One more thing I like is the variety of the AmPlugs. A really great idea! Thank you Vox!

I bought it to connect my AMP Plug 2 also Vox
What I can say. For the size and price this little speaker rocks. With the Vox AmpPlug 2 this has the character of the Vox amp in a reduced size and of course will never sound like the real thing, but sound and look are looking like the real amp heard on a recording through a small speaker like this mounted in a plastic box. That why I said the character of the real amp, but obviously not the sound. If you just plug a travel acoustic guitar like Harley Benton Traveler-E-Steel, directly without an AmpPlug, you can make a good deal on trips.
When miked it with the AmpPlug2 this definitely rocks on Middle and high ranges. Do not expect too many bass frequencies out of this, but you can make it up on your mixing console.
Considering price both of AmpPlug2 + Little speaker, portability, sound and look, all in all a good purchase that I do not regret at all.
Easy to used. Well presented and delivered at lighting speed by Thomann.

Don't Forget to Replace The Baterry!!!
At first there was an annoying booming with the high sound, so I literally didn't use it even for 5 times. Than I change the 9V battery of both my guitar (HB R 457 Active) to Duracell, it sounded amazing. please make sure that you use Duracell or energizer to get best result. After all, I am happy with my cabinet. thanks thomann.

Best for practice at night
Vox Amplug 2 Cabinet is a 3 "speaker cabinet with Aux In! I use Vox Amplug 2 AC30 because of its great sound. But I don?t feel comfortable with headphone jacks all the time in my ears. So, the solution is definitely the Vox Amplug 2 Cabinet. I think this cabinet is suitable for practicing at night because of its lack of low frequencies. Low frequencies can be very annoying for neighbors, husband and kid.

Great practice amp to accompany your amplug
Bought this amplug cabinet to accompany the ac30 amplug and I am happy with this purchase.
Cabinet speaker is quite loud for it's size if you use it in a confined space (bedroom, office) and built quality is satisfactory for the price. Perfect for quick practice sessions in your home office.
Recommended for anyone that uses the vox amplugs.
