Great mute

The Wallace mute is excellent. Very sturdy composition, and sounds great. Can be adjusted to suit the required sound. The sponge on the outside bottom of the cup assists with silent set down after use!

Phantastische Verarbeitung

Hab alle Cups von Thomann bestellt und mit meinem Orchesterkollegen verglichen.

Ansprache ist perfekt, genau wie ohne Dämpfer widerstandslos und völlig ausgewogen. Nur die Quartventiltöne sind nicht drauf, gehen nicht zu zentrieren.

Verarbeitung ausgezeichnet, besonders gefällt der Schaumstoff am Boden des Dämpfers zum geräuschlosen abstellen. Der Dämpfer steht sehr weit aus dem Schallstück(8,5") raus, müsste man am Kork nacharbeiten.

Klanglich eher scharf, fast wie ein Straight.
